BCA: Bachelor of Computer Applications

BCA is an acronym stands for Bachelor of Computer Application. It is a 3-year undergraduate degree course in commuter language and applications. BCA is a very popular course now a day offered by many universities and institutes in India.

Objective of BCA Course

This course is intended to provide sound knowledge in key areas of computer science and computer languages to develop software.

It also provides the practical skills to solve the computer application's problems.

Note: This BCA syllabus may be changed university to university.

Admission Criteria

The student must have passed at least 10+2 from a recognized board. There is also an entry after 2 or 3 year diploma after 10th. Along with this, some universities conduct entrance test to get admission in this course.

Future after completing BCA

After completing BCA, the students can pursue an MCA degree for better career prospects. It is also a plus point.

A student can work as a Software developer, Network administrator, and database administrator, Web developer Trainer or Teacher etc. after completing these courses.
